TheFork is seeking a Chief of Staff to support their Chief Operating Officer (COO) in Barcelona. This role involves optimizing the COO's time and ensuring the efficiency of the management team. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor, facilitate communication, manage budgets, and drive strategic projects.

This role involves:
  • Advising the COO and providing strategic insights.
  • Facilitating communication and coordination among the COO's direct reports.
  • Leading budget preparation and monitoring.
  • Driving and managing strategic projects.


Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Economics, and potentially an MBA.
  • 8-10 years of experience in strategic consulting, Chief of Staff, or business management, preferably in a tech company.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional European language.
