The Sales Manager will report directly to the Country Lead and will be responsible for leading a team, achieving sales goals, and shaping long-term strategies.Role involves:
  • Recruiting, training, and leading a sales team.
  • Sourcing, selling, and closing deals.
  • Leveraging data to drive decisions.
  • Partnering with senior leadership to develop strategies.
  • Taking ownership of revenue generation.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Providing coaching and mentorship to team members.
Requirements:
  • 5-7+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in people management.
  • Experience in a high-growth technology setting.
  • Proven success in sales or customer upselling roles.
  • Ability to hire, train, and coach a sales team.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Experience bringing new products to market.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts.
