Paystack is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive new business, increase market share, and achieve revenue growth in their assigned territory. The Senior Sales Executive will report to the Head of Revenue. Paystack's mission is to accelerate digital payments on the continent of Africa.
The role involves:
- Developing and executing strategic plans for territory and pipeline management.
- Owning the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Generating revenue by consistently hitting or exceeding annual sales quotas.
- Building strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Maintaining accurate data in CRM (Pipedrive) for pipeline visibility.
- Collaborating with internal teams to meet prospects’ needs.
To be considered, candidates should have:
- 7 - 10 years of sales experience in technology or payments.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in consultative selling with multiple stakeholders.
- Technical aptitude to understand and articulate Paystack’s product offerings.
- Experience managing a high volume of opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to execute sales strategies and deliver measurable outcomes.
