Box is seeking a Software Backend Engineer III to join its expanding engineering teams in Warsaw. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to various teams, tackling challenges in cloud content management and impacting millions of users across major enterprises. The engineer will integrate AI models, develop content migration tools, enhance enterprise activity management, or create innovative platform features.

Responsibilities include:

  • Integrating AI models into the Machine Learning Platform using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technologies.
  • Developing RESTful services and APIs for integration within Box's ecosystem.
  • Designing and deploying high-quality software.
  • Improving services to import customer content.
  • Creating innovative platform features.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong coding skills in Python, Java, PHP
  • Familiarity with Node.js is a plus
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform and/or Amazon Web Services.
  • Skilled in designing and developing APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, software design principles, and object-oriented programming.
  • Proficient in English.
