Battery Build Technician (Contract)

Job Description

Harbinger Motors is seeking a Battery Build Technician to join their Battery Manufacturing team. The technician will be responsible for producing battery modules and packs for the Vehicle Build Program, supporting prototype and production builds. This role involves setting up work instructions, identifying and resolving throughput and quality issues, and working closely with the Production and Design teams.What This Role Involves:

• Building prototype sample battery modules and packs.
• Training Battery Production Associates.
• Setting up work instructions and quality points.
• Measuring Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People Development.
• Setting up workstations and eliminating safety/ergonomic issues.
• Identifying and resolving throughput and quality issues.

Who They Are Looking For:

• Experience creating and following instructions for complex assemblies.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and diligent.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Sound judgment and team problem-solving skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• English communication skills (oral and written).
