Box is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their AI Experiences team in Warsaw, Poland. This role involves developing AI-powered solutions to enhance the user experience within Box's Intelligent Content Cloud platform. The Senior Software Engineer will collaborate with other engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality, scalable code and innovative solutions. They will also provide technical guidance, review project requirements, and ensure timely completion of milestones.

What this role involves:
  • Working collaboratively with engineers, product, and design teams.
  • Writing quality, scalable, performant code.
  • Providing guidance on best practices and coding standards.
  • Reviewing and assessing the technical feasibility of project requirements.
  • Planning and executing project deliverables.
  • Adapting to technical and stylistic needs of integrations and projects.
  • Playing a role in developing and fostering Box culture in the Warsaw office.
  • Representing Box Poland internally and externally.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React.js.
  • Experience in defining REST APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
  • Proficient in English.
