Product Designer at Box

Box is seeking a Product Designer to join their team in Warsaw, Poland. The Product Designer will play a crucial role in shaping the future of work and collaboration for Box's global audience. Box design team prioritizes innovative thinking and collaborative ideation. The candidate will be responsible for crafting industry-leading user experiences for a diverse global user base.

This role involves working with many different teams and presenting in front of leadership.

What this role involves:

• Crafting intuitive design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for products and features
• Working cross-functionally with product and engineering partners to facilitate design discussions
• Participating in the full product development process from research to shipment
• Breaking down design problems into actionable chunks while soliciting feedback
• Looking for creative ideas inspired by analogous verticals

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of design experience in product-focused projects
• Experience using design thinking methods
• Experience participating in usability tests and design sprints
• Ability to communicate design rationale and conceptual ideas
• Proficiency with standard industry design and prototyping tools
• A portfolio of outstanding product work
