Box is seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Box Forms. This role involves close collaboration with various functions within the organization to ensure a top-notch customer experience and increased adoption. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, data-driven, and adept at navigating both technical and non-technical aspects of enterprise software. They will be instrumental in evolving the Forms product to meet the demands of contemporary enterprise workflows, compliance requirements, and integrations within a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
What this role involves:
  • Owning and shaping the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Box Forms.
  • Managing the entire product lifecycle from idea to launch.
  • Collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and other business functions.
  • Being the voice of the customer within Box.
  • Tracking key metrics to measure product success.
  • Partnering with sales and marketing teams to define GTM strategies.
  • Analyzing the competitive landscape.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • 2+ years preparing and presenting product strategy and roadmaps to senior executives.
  • Experience as a product owner.
  • Experience in working environment, balancing the needs of multiple personas.
  • Capable of leading and motivating a team of engineers.
  • Must speak English proficiently.
