Box is seeking a Business Systems Engineer III to enhance its Enterprise Systems Tech Delivery team. This role focuses on driving the scalability and efficiency of Box's Order to Cash workflows, primarily through the administration, development, and optimization of Zuora, Avalara, and Adyen systems. The engineer will play a crucial role in subscription management, invoicing, tax compliance, and payment processing, directly influencing company growth, compliance, and customer experience. This position offers significant exposure to cutting-edge financial technologies and cross-functional collaborations within Box.

What this role involves:
  • Configuring and administering Zuora, Adyen, and Avalara.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
  • Automating and enhancing financial workflows.
  • Ensuring scalability and data integrity.
  • Managing system incidents and providing timely resolutions.
  • Overseeing release management activities.
  • Partnering with various teams to deliver aligned solutions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora, Avalara, and Adyen.
  • Proficiency in SaaS-based financial systems and cloud-native features.
  • Hands-on experience with SnapLogic or Mulesoft for scalable integration workflows.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Familiarity with ITGCs and SOX compliance.
