Job Description

Box is seeking a Business Systems Engineer III to enhance its Procure to Pay workflows. The role involves developing, administering, and optimizing Coupa and Certa platforms to drive efficiency, compliance, and scalability in procurement and e-billing operations. This position is crucial for ensuring seamless system performance, improving processes, and delivering innovative solutions.

What this role involves:

• Developing, configuring, and customising enterprise solutions with Coupa, Certa, and Concur.
• Providing post-implementation support and troubleshooting system issues.
• Leading testing efforts and developing test scripts for system changes.
• Automating and enhancing procurement workflows.
• Ensuring compliance with SOX controls and audit requirements.
• Collaborating with Finance, IT, and Procurement teams.
• Providing training and promoting best practices to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Finance procurement systems, with expertise in Coupa and Certa.
• Strong knowledge of Procure to Pay (P2P) workflows.
• Familiarity with IT General Controls (ITGCs).
• Proficiency in SQL for querying data and generating reports.
• Experience with integration platforms like SnapLogic and API-based workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
