Box is seeking a Senior Customer Success Systems Developer to join their team in Warsaw, Poland. This role focuses on designing, configuring, developing, and supporting Zendesk solutions for various enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in production support, incident handling, and integrating Zendesk APIs with third-party platforms.Box is the world’s leading Content Cloud, trusted by numerous organizations worldwide.
What this role involves: - Designing, configuring, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting Zendesk solutions.
- Production support, incident handling, and root cause analysis.
- Monitoring system performance and implementing enhancements.
- Integrating Zendesk APIs and developing mid-tier API systems.
- Configuring and managing Zendesk Support, Guide, and Chat.
- Writing technical specifications and defining business solutions.
Requirements: - 7+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of Zendesk platform experience, including app development.
- Customization and development experience with Zendesk APIs.
- Experience with Zendesk App Framework (ZAF) and theming (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Handlebars).
- Experience integrating Zendesk with platforms like Salesforce, Slack, Gainsight, etc.
- Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, and JWT.
- Proficiency with VSCode and Git.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and Postman.
- Experience with React JS, jQuery, and UX/UI best practices.
- Agile practices experience.
- B.S. in Computer Science or related degree.
