Senior QA Automation Engineer at Box

Box is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join its Enterprise Systems team. This role involves designing, testing, and deploying effective test automation solutions using various automation tools. The engineer will aim to automate the majority of the testing effort with minimal code.

The position is based in Warsaw, Poland, will work from their assigned office a minimum of 2 days per week, with a focus on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Responsibilities:

• Write, design, and execute automated tests by creating scripts that run testing functions automatically
• Maximize test coverage for the most critical features of the system
• Determine the priority for test scenarios and create execution plans to implement these scenarios
• Write documentation for automated processes including test plans, test procedures, and test cases
• Build test automation frameworks
• Log and document bugs in the tracking system
• Set up Continuous Integration
• Perform exploratory testing to understand functionality

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 5-7 years of experience
• 5+ years of automation experience
• Programming skills in Javascript, Python
• Experience with Enterprise applications (Salesforce required; Netsuite, Workday, Blackline a plus)
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Detail orientation
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Experience in offshore/nearshore/onshore model is a big plus
