Senior QA Engineer at Box

Box is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join their team in Warsaw, Poland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guaranteeing the quality of changes and solutions released for critical CPQ and NPI systems. The Senior QA Engineer will contribute to the growth of Box's automation library. The role involves identifying operational bottlenecks within CPQ and NPI processes, streamlining operations, and enhancing efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for CPQ and NPI systems.
• Oversee UAT test case execution for CPQ and NPI systems, documenting defects.
• Create and maintain test automation and performance scripts.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and improvements within CPQ and NPI processes.
• Create and maintain training materials and operating manuals specific to CPQ and NPI systems.
• Estimate the level of effort for testing enhancements and projects related to CPQ and NPI.
• Provide regular reports on product quality and software development lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce and CPQ testing, functional testing, and automation testing.
• Proficiency in writing test cases and test plans.
• Experience with tools like Jira, X-ray, Tosca, P1 CPQ, P2 Salesforce, Apttus CPQ, and NPI.
• Expertise in quality defect tracking, auditing, and testing processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a matrixed team environment.
