Job Description
Box is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to ensure the quality of CPQ and NPI systems. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, overseeing UAT test case execution, and documenting defects. They will also create and maintain test automation scripts and identify operational bottlenecks. The role involves streamlining operations, enhancing efficiency, and creating training materials. The Senior QA Engineer will estimate effort for enhancements and projects, ensuring thorough testing coverage. This position is within Box's IT organization, focused on excellence in execution and service delivery.

What this role involves:
  • Developing and executing test plans for CPQ and NPI systems.
  • Overseeing UAT test case execution and documenting defects.
  • Creating and maintaining test automation scripts.
  • Identifying operational bottlenecks and streamlining operations.
  • Creating and maintaining training materials.
  • Estimating effort for testing enhancements and projects.
  • Providing regular reports on product quality.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce and CPQ testing, functional testing, and automation testing.
  • Proficiency in writing test cases and test plans.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, X-ray, Tosca, P1 CPQ, P2 Salesforce, Apttus CPQ, and NPI.
  • Expertise in quality defect tracking, auditing, and testing processes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed team environment.
