Solutions Consultant at Box

Box is seeking a Solutions Consultant in Japan to drive consulting service sales. The Solutions Consultant will collaborate with the sales team to identify and address enterprise clients' content management challenges, proposing and selling consulting engagements that enhance efficiency and security. They will also maintain relationships with clients and project teams post-sale, advocating for the value of Box and its consulting services.

The role involves:

• Proposing and selling high-value, results-oriented consulting engagements to Box's enterprise clients.
• Collaborating with the Japanese sales team to effectively pursue new and existing deals.
• Leading end-to-end sales processes, including solution design, scoping, and negotiation with enterprise clients.
• Interacting directly with C-Suite and leaders to propose, negotiate, and close consulting service deals.
• Creating solution proposals, defining scopes, estimating costs, and drafting Statements of Work (SOWs).

Requirements:

• 5+ years of consulting/professional services and solutions experience in enterprise content management.
• Experience in creating proposals, estimates, SOWs, and solution sales.
• Ability to envision and articulate the potential of technical solutions.
• Understanding of customer technology stacks and ability to propose how Box Consulting can drive business outcomes.
