Box is seeking a Customer Success Manager to nurture customer relationships and ensure customers realize business value through the use of Box. This role involves working with new and existing customers across Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia Pacific, providing strategic adoption and optimization best practices.

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing post-sales activities, engaging with both IT and business decision-makers, and maintaining a deep understanding of the Box product to make recommendations for accelerating customer business objectives. They will also proactively identify churn risk and work with the broader account team to mitigate it.

What this role involves:

  • Managing post-sales activity through rapport-building, product knowledge, project management, planning, and execution.
  • Engaging with ITDMs and BDMs across various industry verticals.
  • Recommending how customers can use Box to accelerate their business objectives.
  • Demonstrating tactics to drive positive deployment and adoption outcomes.
  • Maintaining a rhythm of business for Joint Success Planning.
  • Identifying and logging churn risk.
  • Analyzing customer data to build engagement strategies.
  • Functioning as the voice of the customer, providing internal feedback.
  • Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Box Consulting for effective customer engagements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting customers in success/account management or similar.
  • Bachelor's degree equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills and technical aptitude.
  • Proactive team player.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative.
