Box, a leader in Intelligent Content Management, is seeking a Sales Development Representative, German Speaker, to join their team in London. This role involves working closely with Account Executives and the Marketing department to manage leads and attract clients.
The Sales Development Representative will be the first point of contact for new customers, engaging with them through various channels to discuss Box solutions and understand their requirements. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German, possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, and have a team-oriented mindset.

What this role involves:
- Acting as the initial point of contact for new customers.
- Engaging with potential clients through calls, emails, and marketing efforts.
- Fostering connections with a wide range of clientele.
- Understanding customer requirements and articulating how Box can meet those needs.
- Meeting established quota targets for territorial revenue growth.
- Adhering to Box’s standards when using the Salesforce system.
- Closing deals with smaller organizations.
Requirements:
- Fluent German Speaker
- Strong interest in transitioning to a role in outbound sales
- Team-centric mindset
- Experience in engaging with customers and resolving challenges
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong relationship-building abilities
- Strong communication skills and ability to identify potential customer opportunities
- Four-year degree OR equivalent professional experience
