Job Description
The Enterprise Account Executive role at K.K. Box Japan, a rapidly growing subsidiary of Box Inc., involves driving sales activities within a designated territory, focusing on the financial industry. The individual will play a crucial role in expanding Box's presence in the Japanese market.
Responsibilities include:
- Understanding customer needs and effectively proposing Box solutions.
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CIOs, IT executives, and LOB executives.
- Managing complex and long-term deals while securing quick wins.
- Developing a robust sales pipeline and achieving revenue targets.
- Tracking customer use cases, purchasing cycles, and Salesforce forecasts.
- Utilizing SFDC for lead management and sales forecasting.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience in Enterprise Software.
- Proven ability to acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones.
- Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders (LoB, CIO).
- Understanding of sales processes and purchasing cycles.
- A hypothesis-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience working with financial industry clients (preferred).
