Job Description

The Enterprise Account Executive role at K.K. Box Japan, a rapidly growing subsidiary of Box Inc., involves driving sales activities within a designated territory, focusing on the financial industry. The individual will play a crucial role in expanding Box's presence in the Japanese market.

Responsibilities include:

  • Understanding customer needs and effectively proposing Box solutions.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CIOs, IT executives, and LOB executives.
  • Managing complex and long-term deals while securing quick wins.
  • Developing a robust sales pipeline and achieving revenue targets.
  • Tracking customer use cases, purchasing cycles, and Salesforce forecasts.
  • Utilizing SFDC for lead management and sales forecasting.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in Enterprise Software.
  • Proven ability to acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones.
  • Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders (LoB, CIO).
  • Understanding of sales processes and purchasing cycles.
  • A hypothesis-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience working with financial industry clients (preferred).
