Box Japan is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to join its sales team. The role involves dedicated sales activities within the Japanese mid-market, targeting companies with 500 to 2000 employees. The ideal candidate will contribute to Box's expansion in Japan.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing sales plans for mid-sized to large domestic companies.
- Generating leads and fostering business opportunities through Box's outreach and reseller collaborations.
- Identifying target customers and creating/executing engagement plans with internal departments.
- Advancing sales stages of fostered deals and closing deals with resellers.
- Identifying key reseller stakeholders, creating business plans, and gaining consensus within the area.
- Managing deal statuses and providing monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
- Collaborating with reseller stakeholders to create and execute deal closing plans.
- Supporting resellers with pre-sales activities to drive deal closures.
- Communicating the value of Box to CIO, CxO, and IT department leaders.
- Collaborating with marketing and inside sales to create and execute new customer acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of account sales experience in the IT industry.
- Software sales experience (SaaS preferred).
- Ability to multitask efficiently using various operational tools.
- Process-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Aggressive pursuit of sales targets and ability to execute plans to achieve them.
