K.K. Box Japan is seeking a Team Manager to lead the Mid-Market Sales team in Western Japan. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving key deals to closure and fostering team growth.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the Mid-Market sales team in Western Japan.
- Understanding market trends and competitive information to formulate mid- to long-term strategies.
- Managing sales processes and forecasts using SFDC.
- Motivating the team to achieve individual and team goals through coaching and mentorship.
- Evaluating and providing feedback on team member performance to promote growth.
- Promoting business strategies through collaboration with marketing and partner sales teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales of Enterprise Software related products.
- 3+ years of experience as a sales manager.
- Ability to recruit and develop team members.
- Thorough understanding of sales processes and purchasing cycles.
- Knowledge of SaaS.
- Box User (preferred).
- English language skills (preferred).
