Box, a leading company in cloud content management, is seeking a Partner Sales Manager. The role involves contributing to market expansion and acting as a partner in digital transformation and work style innovation. K.K. Box Japan, the Japanese branch of Box Inc., is rapidly growing and looking for individuals to help promote Box and drive growth together.

The Partner Sales Manager will be responsible for sales activities as part of the Japan partner sales team.

Role involves:

  • Formulating annual/quarterly business plans for assigned partners.
  • Strengthening relationships with assigned partners.
  • Collaborating with other sales teams and executives to further expand the partner business in Japan.
  • Conducting training and seminars to promote collaboration with partners.
  • Analyzing the partner business in Japan and providing appropriate support to maximize partner performance.
  • Developing partner communities such as SI, ISV, and resellers.
  • Formulating GTM strategies with assigned partners.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of partner sales experience at a foreign IT company.
  • Deep understanding of the Japanese partner ecosystem.
  • Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders and leading assigned partners' businesses to success.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and purchasing cycles.
  • Experience handling Enterprise Software related products.
  • English language skills (preferred).
