Job Description

Karya is seeking a QA Support - Data Collection to ensure the utmost quality in data collection and project completion. The role is pivotal in crafting quality strategies, overseeing advancements across diverse regions and languages, handling resource allocation, and tackling escalated issues to ensure alignment with the project objectives. This is a remote position open to Indian citizens based out of India.Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive data quality strategies and frameworks.
• Monitor and evaluate progress across states, districts, and languages to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Allocate resources effectively to address operational needs and resolve escalated issues.
• Train and manage the ground-level Quality Assurance (QA) team to meet quality benchmarks.
• Ensure consistent data quality standards across all regions and languages.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in quality assurance and team management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to handle multi-state and multi-language operations.
• Knowledge in Hindi is a must.
