Head of Data Delivery

Job Description

Karya is looking for a Head of Data Delivery to manage the Data Delivery team and ensure datasets and services are delivered accurately and on time. The Head of Data Delivery will drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end data delivery process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Customer Success, Operations).
• Develop and implement best practices, processes, and tools.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Serve as a point of contact for clients.
• Collaborate with clients and Customer Success to understand needs.
• Proactively identify and address potential issues.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Foster a culture of innovation.
• Collaborate to implement new data delivery offerings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data delivery, data management, or related roles.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of data delivery processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with data governance, data quality, and data security practices.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and data delivery technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
