Analyst - Audit Planning-SOX

Job Description

WPP is seeking an Analyst to join their Audit Planning-SOX team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in internal audit and a strong knowledge of SOX compliance and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing audit plans and executing SOX 404 controls.
• Drafting SOPs, policies, and BCP plans.
• Assessing risks and identifying control gaps.
• Conducting training sessions on SOX controls.
• Reviewing work performed by subordinates.
• Preparing audit reports and highlighting findings to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Internal Audit
• Strong knowledge of SOX compliance and governance framework
• Strong knowledge of accounting & Finance processes.
• Strong communication skills for negotiation & reconciliation
• Self-motivated
• Commercially focused with a strong Client service approach.
• Calm under pressure.
