WPP is seeking a Lead Workday HCM Analyst to join their Workday Services Team. This role involves providing post go-live support and enhancements to the Workday solution. The Lead Analyst will manage a team of Level 2 Analysts across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality support and advice across Workday HCM. They will manage the ticket queue, provide technical guidance, and participate in stakeholder management and ad hoc projects.
- Management of six Level 2 Analysts
- Maintaining change management documentation
- Effective stakeholder management

- Ensuring up-to-date process documentation

To be successful, candidates should have:
- Two years of Workday HCM experience
- People management experience
- Effective team player skills
- Stakeholder management experience
- Experience in process improvements
- Functional expertise with People Teams
- Excellent organizational skills
- Advanced English language skills
