WPP is seeking an OKTA Identity Engineer to revolutionize identity management at the company. The Identity Engineer will orchestrate WPP's global OKTA platform, pushing the boundaries of security and user experience. He/she will be involved in deployments, integrations, and migrations, maximizing automation and fostering seamless collaboration.Role responsibilities include:
- Providing support for a complex platform and a large, diverse user base.
- Liaising with internal OpCo’s and external customers from a support perspective.
- Ensuring adherence to audit standards regarding attestations and management of identities and service accounts.
- Assisting in reporting on all aspects of the OKTA environments for security and audit requirements.
- Supporting the implementation of strategic IDAM objectives in conjunction with the IDAM Architects.
- Providing technical 2nd Line support to a wide user base.
- Supporting application integrations into the OKTA service for authentication and authorization.
- Setting up Org2org and SCIM Configuration in OKTA.
- Managing designated technical team members.
- Maintaining CMDB & Service Catalogue & technical documentation relating to IDAM configuration items.
- Participating in the IDAM Change Management process.
Requirements:
- Certified to OKTA Administrator level or equivalent in another Identity product.
- A good understanding of IDAM solutions, in particular: OKTA, Azure AD, Active Directory, G-Suite, AWS.
- An understanding of SSO implementations including SAML/OpenID integrations.
- Technical experience in IDAM support & implementations.
- Experience with conditional access controls on access management solutions (e.g., Azure AD, Okta).
- Product management & support experience

- Experience of working in global, complex environments
