WPP is seeking a Workday HCM Consultant to join their Workday Services Team, providing post go-live support. This role involves working with the wider Workday Services Team and People Teams to understand, improve, and deliver efficient solutions.Responsibilities:
  • Develop requirements documentation.
  • Diagnose and resolve HCM issues.
  • Support data requests and maintenance.
  • Provide functional expertise to People Teams.
  • Maintain process documentation.
  • Participate in testing activities.
  • Provide solutioning for enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Four years’ Workday experience across Workday HCM including absence, time tracking, recruitment and talent.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to extend Workday usage.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience of using ServiceNow (or similar).
  • Effective team player.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to deliver to deadlines.
  • Experience of improving ways of working and processes.
  • Advanced level of English is required.
