Job Description
WPP is seeking a Workday HCM Consultant to join their Workday Services Team. This role involves providing post go-live support for their expanding global Workday deployment, which utilizes HCM, PSA, and FINS. The consultant will work with the WPP Implementation Team and People Teams to improve and deliver efficient solutions.

Role involves:
  • Developing requirements documentation
  • Diagnosing and resolving HCM issues
  • Supporting data requests and maintenance
  • Providing functional expertise to People Teams
  • Maintaining process documentation
  • Participating in testing activities

Requirements:
  • Four years’ Workday experience across Workday HCM
  • Ability to identify opportunities to extend Workday usage
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience using ServiceNow or similar software
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to deliver to deadlines and prioritize effectively
  • Advanced level of English
