Job Description

WPP is seeking a Workday PSA Lead to join their WorkDay Services team. This role will support and enhance the existing WorkDay deployment and will grow as WPP further deploys and expands its WorkDay PSA and integrated applications. Reporting to the WorkDay PSA Product Manager, the Workday PSA Lead will provide technical and process knowledge to support issues and lead the solution development and deployment of enhancements.

The Workday PSA Lead will work with the WorkDay Services team and AMS partner to build relationships with process owners, SSC, and stakeholders. As the Workday deployment expands, this role will build out a team of experts to support the growing user base from an offshore location.

Role Involves:

  • Resolving tickets for WorkDay PSA and integrated applications.
  • Developing enhancements from concept to delivery.
  • Maintaining expertise on new functionality in WorkDay.
  • Providing creative solutions with WorkDay.
  • Safeguarding global design standards.
  • Making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Growing an offshore team to support Workday PSA.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of Global ERP support experience.
  • Understanding of professional services processes and systems.
  • Team leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to inspire, engage, and coach a diverse team.
  • Strong technical knowledge of integrations with Workday.
  • Creative solutioning and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
