WPP is seeking a Workday Services Senior Fins/PSA Reporting Consultant to join their team in Chennai. This role is crucial for supporting and enhancing WPP's Finance and PSA Workday reports, ensuring they remain a reliable source of data and insight for business decisions. The consultant will work within the Workday Services Reporting Team, providing world-class support and enhancement.Role involves:

• Supporting and developing Finance and PSA reports in Workday.
• Providing day-to-day support, including monitoring and addressing service requests.
• Supporting business and SSC colleagues during key financial activities.
• Gathering requirements for enhancements to existing reports and delivering new reports.
• Supporting colleagues to build reporting self-service capabilities.
• Safeguarding global standards and principles.
• Training and onboarding future Reporting team members.
• Championing recommendations for continuous improvement and rationalization of reports.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with Workday Financials.
• Proficiency in Accounting related processes.
• Report Writer proficiency in building and maintaining Advanced, Composite, and Matrix Reports in Workday.
• Strong working knowledge of Workday Financials, Report Writing, Business Process Administration, and general system configuration.
• Experience in various Workday functional areas.
• Excellent data analysis skills, Excel, and PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Superior communication skills and the ability to collaborate with all levels of an organization.
• Creative problem solver and strategic thinker.
• Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Workday Pro Certification in Reporting, Financials, or relevant functional area (beneficial).
