Site Reliability Engineer at Technology & Product

Zeals, a fast-growing tech company in Japan, is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join their team. Zeals aims to revolutionize hospitality on the Internet by unlocking digital customer service experiences. The company has secured funding backed by Salesforce Ventures and is expanding in the US market.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring system and infrastructure functionality and availability.
• Designing scalable infrastructure.
• Improving CI/CD pipelines.
• Managing multiple environments with IaC.
• Monitoring system security and responding to incidents.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with AWS or GCP.
• 2+ years of experience with monitoring systems like Grafana.
• 1+ year of experience with Kubernetes.
• 1+ year of experience with CI/CD pipelines (Github Actions, Helm, Argo CD).
• 1+ year of programming experience (Go, Bash, Python preferred).
• Eligibility to work in Japan.
• Business-level English.
