Dataiku is seeking an Account Executive to join their growing team in Japan. This role involves engaging with prospects and customers to help them develop a more efficient approach by leveraging the Dataiku platform. The Enterprise Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, utilizing company resources to foster successful collaborations.Role responsibilities include:
  • Educating customers on the value of Dataiku.
  • Driving revenue through proactive outreach.
  • Providing recommendations based on customer needs and usage patterns.
  • Managing multiple customers at various stages of the buying cycle.
  • Handling inbound customer communication and escalating issues.
  • Serving as the voice of the customer and collecting feedback.
Requirements for this role include:
  • 3-5 years’ experience in software field sales or relevant sales experience.
  • Background in selling innovation and new concepts to large enterprises.
  • Strong ability to develop a vision match with prospects and customers.
  • Good articulation of competitive positioning.
  • Domain expertise in big data, analytics, data science, BI/DW, data integration preferred.
  • Advanced interpersonal communication skills.
  • Adaptability with a growth mindset.
