Dataiku, a pioneering AI platform company founded in Paris in 2013, is seeking a Technical Account Manager. The Technical Account Manager will work with a small set of strategic clients, serving as a technical advisor and ensuring client success with the Dataiku platform.
The role involves:
- Identifying client priorities and defining engagement plans.
- Managing milestones and providing status updates.
- Centralizing technical information and contributing to account strategy.
- Contributing to the growth of the Field Engineering team.
- Providing guidance and support on Dataiku platform architecture, operations, and best practices.
- Troubleshooting product implementation.
- Communicating feature requests to product and R&D.
- Advising client tech leaders on technology choices.
- Supporting innovative approaches around Dataiku.
Requirements include:
- 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Native French speaker or bilingual.
- Comfort and confidence in client-facing interactions.
- Strong Linux system administration experience.
- Experience with authentication and authorization systems.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Hands-on experience with the Kubernetes ecosystem.
- Experience with the Hadoop and/or Spark ecosystem.
