Dataiku, a pioneering AI platform company founded in Paris in 2013, is seeking a Technical Account Manager. The Technical Account Manager will work with a small set of strategic clients, serving as a technical advisor and ensuring client success with the Dataiku platform.

The role involves:

  • Identifying client priorities and defining engagement plans.
  • Managing milestones and providing status updates.
  • Centralizing technical information and contributing to account strategy.
  • Contributing to the growth of the Field Engineering team.
  • Providing guidance and support on Dataiku platform architecture, operations, and best practices.
  • Troubleshooting product implementation.
  • Communicating feature requests to product and R&D.
  • Advising client tech leaders on technology choices.
  • Supporting innovative approaches around Dataiku.

Requirements include:

  • 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Native French speaker or bilingual.
  • Comfort and confidence in client-facing interactions.
  • Strong Linux system administration experience.
  • Experience with authentication and authorization systems.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Hands-on experience with the Kubernetes ecosystem.
  • Experience with the Hadoop and/or Spark ecosystem.
