Job Description

This is a PR internship at Hotwire, a global tech communications agency with offices in Frankfurt and Munich. The company works with innovative tech brands like Meta, LinkedIn, and Amazon and has over 20 years of experience. This internship is for communicative and creative students with an interest in technology.

As part of the consultant team, the intern will assist with all PR tasks. They will receive a personal mentor and learn the basics of the communications industry in theory sessions.

The role involves:

• Writing or translating press releases, articles, and other texts
• Learning about the media landscape and building relationships with journalists
• Creating briefing sheets and presentations
• Developing event calendars, topic plans, and media lists
• Conducting research on technology and innovation topics
• Participating in team meetings and brainstorms
• Creating reportings and measurement
• Assisting with office management tasks

Requirements:

• Student in communications, linguistics, or humanities
• Excellent German language skills in both writing and speaking, and good English skills
• Quick comprehension and creativity
• Interest in technical topics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Initiative, teamwork skills, and a sense of responsibility
