Business Development Associate

Job Description

Northspyre is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join their rapidly expanding team. This is a 12-week internship program designed for recent graduates and early career professionals. The program offers intensive sales training, foundational knowledge of the real estate industry, and development of key business skills. Successful interns may be offered a full-time role at the end of the program. As a technology-forward company, Northspyre welcomes anyone interested in breaking into the real estate technology space and is able to work remotely with their dynamic team.

• Learn about real estate projects and how they are delivered.
• Help real estate project teams leverage technologies to solve friction points.
• Research and assist with prospecting potential customers.
• Support the sales team through calls, web-demos, and in-person meetings.
• Manage activities, pipeline, and client portfolio within the CRM system.
• Receive mentorship and guidance throughout the program.

• Recent college graduate or early career professional (Bachelor’s degree required, GPA 3.2+).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• High emotional intelligence and ability to read the emotions of others.
• Results and detail-oriented.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Not afraid to make cold calls.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Desire and passion to be the best.
