Northspyre is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their rapidly growing team. The role involves identifying and nurturing relationships with potential clients, contributing to the company's growth in the real estate industry. Northspyre's platform has already facilitated more than $175 billion of complex projects across the United States.

Role Involves:
  • Identifying and researching potential clients in target markets.
  • Developing and executing personalized outreach campaigns.
  • Managing and tracking leads through the sales pipeline using Hubspot.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using tools like ZoomInfo and HubSpot.
  • Experience utilizing Google Analytics, Hubspot, Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
