Real Estate Transformation Consultant

Job Description

Northspyre is seeking a Real Estate Transformation Consultant to join its Customer Success team. The consultant will be responsible for driving growth, renewals, and value with clients by driving product adoption, analyzing customer data, and proactively engaging with customers to prevent churn.

The Real Estate Transformation Consultant acts as a business transformation consultant and relationship manager for real estate companies that are looking to modernize their approach to delivering real estate projects.

The role involves:

• Using industry and product knowledge to position solutions and ensure customer success.
• Managing customers, driving adoption and outcomes, and leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy.
• Reviewing user analytics to understand customer value and feature utilization.
• Implementing strategies and working directly with customers to maximize the value they are getting from Northspyre.
• Serving as a liaison between clients and the product/technical team.
• Helping manage and respond to customer support tickets.
• Ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.
• Occasional travel to client offices.

Northspyre is looking for candidates who have:

• Knowledge of real estate development and real estate project management.
• Experience in the real estate development or construction industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
• High energy and a positive attitude.
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes.
• Persuasive speaking skills and persistence with follow-up.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, or other web-based presentation technology.
• 2+ years of experience delivering real estate projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related design and construction fields.
