Job Description
Northspyre is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their growing team in Atlanta. This role bridges the gap between technical capabilities and clients' real estate development needs. The Sales engineer will work closely with sales and customer success teams to demonstrate the value of Northspyre's platform while providing technical expertise. The role involves:
  • Partnering with the sales team to drive technical discussions and demonstrate Northspyre's value proposition to prospective clients
  • Leading technical discovery calls to understand client requirements and articulate how Northspyre can address their specific challenges
  • Designing and delivering compelling product demonstrations tailored to different stakeholder groups
  • Providing technical guidance during implementation planning and proof of concept phases
  • Collaborating with product and engineering teams to communicate market needs and client feedback
  • Creating technical documentation and solution architectures for client implementations
  • Working with Customer Success to ensure smooth post sales hand-offs for implementation and onboarding
Requirements include:
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate development, construction management, or related field
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Strong persuasion skills and ability to build consensus among stakeholders
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
  • Experience in client-facing roles with a track record of building strong relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and stay organized
  • Positive team player who can effectively collaborate across multiple departments
  • Bachelor's or masters degree in Real Estate Development, Engineering, or related field
