OLIVER+, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a GenAI Creator to join their team in Malaysia. This role involves utilizing the Pencil platform and various GenAI models to develop high-quality, high-performing ads for clients. The GenAI Creator will be responsible for mastering the latest GenAI models to generate and edit photos and videos, write compelling copy, and produce advertising that drives conversions.

The ideal candidate will possess experience with GenAI tools, a strong understanding of the advertising industry, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering results for clients.

Role Involves:

  • Developing ad creatives for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display) using the Pencil platform.
  • Taking client briefs through all steps including insight, concept, copy, image & video generation and final creative assembly using different GenAI models and techniques.
  • Supplementing GenAI creative work with manual retouching where necessary.
  • Collaborating with the Customer Success team to understand client briefs and respond to feedback.
  • Working with the Training team to explore and implement new GenAI techniques.
  • Collaborating with Product & Engineering teams to test new GenAI features and provide feedback.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in advertising creative development.
  • Some experience with GenAI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Jasper etc.
  • Some experience with GenAI techniques such as model selection & prompting.
  • Any experience using GenAI to deliver real-world advertising creative.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Good personal communication and management skills.
  • Strong written English skills.
  • Access to a reliable computer with an internet connection exceeding 40 Mbps.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented attitude.
