OLIVER+ is seeking a GenAI Creator to join its team. This role involves utilizing the Pencil platform to craft high-quality, high-performing advertisements for both large enterprise clients and small businesses. The GenAI Creator will master the latest GenAI models to extract insights, create compelling copy, generate and edit photos and videos, and produce advertisements that capture attention and drive conversions.

The role requires a blend of artistic creativity and data-driven science, as the GenAI Creator will need to deliver fast turnarounds and measurable results for clients. They will work with the Customer Success team to understand and shape client briefs, respond to feedback, and meet client requirements. Additionally, they will collaborate with the Training, Product & Engineering teams to test new GenAI features and provide feedback to drive platform improvements.

OLIVER+ is committed to ensuring that all team members are fully trained and confident in using Pencil AI and other approved AI tools.

What role involves:

  • Develop ad creatives for various platforms using the Pencil platform.
  • Take client briefs through all steps using different GenAI models and techniques.
  • Supplement GenAI creative work with manual retouching where necessary.
  • Work with Customer Success to understand client briefs and feedback.
  • Explore and implement new GenAI techniques.
  • Test new GenAI features and provide feedback.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in advertising creative development.
  • Experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Jasper etc.
  • Experience with GenAI techniques.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Strong written English skills.
  • Access to a reliable computer with an internet connection exceeding 40 Mbps.
