GenAI Senior Art Director at OLIVER+

OLIVER+, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a GenAI Senior Art Director to lead a team of GenAI Creators and leverage the Pencil platform to deliver high-quality, high-performing ads. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience with GenAI tools, a strong understanding of the advertising industry, and the ability to inspire a team to overcome creative limitations.

The Senior Art Director will work with the Customer Success team to meet with clients, refine briefs, and oversee GenAI Creators in delivering projects. They will also be responsible for intervening in developing, generating, or retouching outputs to meet quality standards, presenting creative outputs to clients, and structuring a GenAI delivery process.

The Senior Art Director at OLIVER+ responsibilities encompasses:

• Taking and refining briefs to meet client needs and demonstrate GenAI capabilities.
• Overseeing a team of GenAI creators.
• Developing, generating and retouching outputs to meet quality standards.
• Presenting creative outputs to clients, managing expectations on what GenAI can do.
• Structuring a GenAI delivery process.
• Exploring and implementing new GenAI techniques.
• Testing new GenAI features and providing feedback.

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

• Ideally 8+ years’ experience in advertising creative development.
• Experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Jasper etc.
• Experience with GenAI techniques such as model selection & prompting.
• Any experience using GenAI to deliver real-world advertising creative.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Good personal communication and proven team management skills.
• Strong written English skills.
• Access to a reliable computer with an internet connection exceeding 40 Mbps.
• A collaborative and team-oriented attitude with optimism about the role of GenAI in creativity.
