Job Description

OLIVER+, a part of The Brandtech Group, seeks an Integrated Designer with fluency in German and English to join their team in India. The Integrated Designer will be responsible for designing and delivering a mix of digital, social, and print assets for various high-profile brands. He/she will work with a creative team on diverse projects from concept to delivery, ensuring tasks are completed on time and in accordance with the brand. They will provide an integrated approach to design problem-solving and the conceptualization and implementation of a creative vision.

The designer will deliver a unified design language and a system replicable across multi-channel media categories from digital, social, and branding to key visuals, brochures, OOH, and POS. The expectation is to maintain a fast-paced and responsive workflow across multiple projects and brands within the organization.

Role involves:

  • Working on projects from start to finish, collaborating across teams on ideation, creation, and implementation.
  • Showing strong conceptual and integrated design thinking for web, digital, e-commerce, social content, print, OOH, POS, and advertising.
  • Defining the look and feel for a variety of digital and print design projects.
  • Implementing existing brand guidelines on projects.
  • Developing user-centered and engaging responsive web and email layouts.
  • Developing printed collateral from start to repro ready.
  • Presenting work internally and to clients and managing workloads within agreed timings.
  • Keeping up to date with current design trends.
  • Understanding what makes great content e.g., best practices for making e-commerce, social assets, mobile-first, OOH, POS, and other printed collateral.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of conceptualization, graphic design, print, illustration, and typography
  • Experience executing projects of all sizes with resourcefulness and dedication
  • Digital or production agency background (ideal)
  • Proficiency in both German and English
