Project Manager (Spanish Fluent)

Job Description

OLIVER+ is seeking a Project Manager fluent in Spanish to join their team. The Project Manager will be responsible for running creative and production processes, working alongside the existing project management team to drive projects from brief to delivery. This role requires someone passionate and talented, capable of managing multiple mid to high complexity projects with meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate will understand the importance of project profitability for the agency and have a proven track record of successfully managing prestigious projects.

The Integrated Project Manager will work with dynamic teams across the business, delivering projects following OLIVER+'s ways of working. They will manage projects from initial brief to final delivery, with integrated experience across various disciplines including digital, technology, film, CGI, motion design, and/or print projects across different sized accounts and different time zones.

• Managing email marketing to website content.
• Implementing project management and production processes.
• Handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Serving as the point of contact for new briefs.
• Managing scoping, costing, and planning of projects.
• Creating and managing project documentation.
• Monitoring project progress and preparing status reports.
