Role Involves:

  • Building and mentoring a high-performing team of Solutions Architects.
  • Driving technical excellence across customer engagements.
  • Partnering with the sales organization to guide customers through their technology evaluation journey.
  • Bridging the gap between customer business objectives and GitLab's capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading technical teams in software/technology sales or consulting.
  • Track record of developing and scaling Solutions Architecture practices.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance technical excellence and business outcomes.
  • Success in building inclusive teams and fostering diverse perspectives.
  • Background in solution architecture or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
