- Developing and supporting dbt models.
- Building data validation rules and data quality monitors.
- Building and maintaining data products.
- Guiding data users on how data products should be used.
- Optimising data transformations for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Implementing and maintaining data governance.
- Communicating with product teams on data quality.
The candidate should have:
- Excellent knowledge of DBT.
- Excellent SQL knowledge.
- Experience with dimensional data modeling.
- Experience in performance tuning on analytics databases (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.).
- Familiarity with data models used in BI tools.
