Responsibilities:
- Taking end-to-end responsibility for TransferGo Business across the organisation
- Collaborating with high-level stakeholders to define and execute product strategies
- Working closely with engineering teams to deliver products with the right mix of features, speed, and quality
- Partnering with compliance, customer support, marketing, AML, and other key teams
- Engaging directly with customers to understand their pains and needs
- Owning and being accountable for business value generation from TransferGo’s SME product offering
- Leading initiatives such as accounting system integration and multi-user access
- Driving the growth of TransferGo Business revenue
- Ensuring TransferGo Business scales effectively and meets market needs
- Strong experience in product management, particularly in a fintech or SME-focused environment
- Experience working end-to-end on product launches
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience working cross-functionally with various teams
