Senior Product Manager - Spend Team

TransferGo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Spend Team in Vilnius, Lithuania. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of how money moves beyond traditional remittances. The Senior Product Manager will be at the center of TransferGo’s next phase of growth, launching new products, expanding value-added services, and unlocking new ways for customers to spend their money with confidence and ease. The role involves collaborating with engineers, designers, marketers, compliance, and customer support teams.

What this role involves:

• Owning TransferGo's non-remittance product offerings.
• Collaborating with the engineering team to deliver products to market.
• Partnering with compliance, customer support, engineering, and other teams to implement solutions.
• Engaging with customers to understand their needs and pain points.
• Being accountable for business value and success in TransferGo's non-remittance product offerings.
• Leading a new launch as one of the first major projects.
• Driving the growth of value-added product delivery.
• Working cross-functionally in a team of engineers, designers, and marketers.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in product management, particularly in fintech, payments, foreign exchange, or banking.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling non-remittance financial products.
• Experience working end-to-end on product launches.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
• Familiarity with cards, wallets, and IBAN-based financial products.
• Strong user research skills.
