TransferGo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join its Spend Team in Vilnius, Lithuania. The Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of how money moves and is used beyond traditional remittances. The team is focused on building smart, user-centric financial products.

As Senior Product Manager, he/she will step into a high-impact role at the centre of TransferGo’s next phase of growth. This is not just about shipping features—it’s about launching new products from scratch, expanding value-added services, and unlocking new ways for customers to spend their money with confidence, ease, and control.

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for:

  • Owning TransferGo's non-remittance product offerings.
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to deliver products to market.
  • Partnering with compliance, customer support, engineering, and other teams to identify and implement solutions.
  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Driving the growth of value-added product delivery.

TransferGo expects the candidate to have:

  • Strong experience in product management, particularly in fintech, payments, foreign exchange, or banking.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling non-remittance financial products.
  • Experience working end-to-end on product launches.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with cards, wallets, and IBAN-based financial products.
  • Strong user research skills.
