Job Description
TransferGo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Spend Team in Kaunas, Lithuania. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of how money moves beyond traditional remittances. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for owning TransferGo's non-remittance product offerings, collaborating with engineering teams, and partnering with various teams to deliver valuable solutions. They will also engage with customers to understand their needs and drive the growth of value-added product delivery.
Role Involves:
- Owning TransferGo's non-remittance product offerings.
- Collaborating with engineering teams to deliver products to market.
- Partnering with compliance, customer support, and other teams.
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and pain points.
- Leading new product launches and driving the growth of value-added product delivery.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in product management, particularly in fintech, payments, foreign exchange, or banking.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling non-remittance financial products.
- Experience working end-to-end on product launches.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
- Familiarity with cards, wallets, and IBAN-based financial products.
- Strong user research skills.
