TransferGo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Spend Team in Kaunas, Lithuania. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the future of how money is spent worldwide, focusing on non-remittance product offerings. This role involves collaborating with various teams to drive technological advancements and impact the fintech industry.
As a Senior Product Manager at TransferGo, the candidate will be at the center of TransferGo’s next phase of growth. This role is not just about shipping features—it’s about launching new products from scratch, expanding our value-added services, and unlocking new ways for customers to spend their money with confidence, ease, and control.
Responsibilities include:
- Owning TransferGo's non-remittance product offerings
- Collaborating with the engineering team to deliver products to market
- Partnering with compliance, customer support, and engineering teams to implement solutions
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and pain points
- Being accountable for business value and success in non-remittance product offerings
- Leading new product launches and driving the growth of value-added product delivery
- Working cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and marketers
Requirements include:
- Strong experience in product management, particularly in fintech, payments, foreign exchange, or banking
- Proven track record of launching and scaling non-remittance financial products
- Experience working end-to-end on product launches
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience working cross-functionally with various teams
- Familiarity with cards, wallets, and IBAN-based financial products
- Strong user research skills
