Senior Product Manager - Spend Team at TransferGo

TransferGo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Spend Team in Krakow, Poland. The Senior Product Manager will play a crucial role in the development and expansion of TransferGo’s non-remittance product offerings. This role involves close collaboration with engineers, designers, marketers, compliance, and customer support teams.

Responsibilities:

• Owning TransferGo's non-remittance product offerings.
• Collaborating with the engineering team to deliver products to market.
• Partnering with compliance, customer support, engineering, and other teams to implement solutions.
• Engaging with customers to understand their needs and pain points.
• Being accountable for business value and success in TransferGo's product offerings.
• Leading new product launches.
• Driving the growth of value-added product delivery.
• Working cross-functionally in a team of engineers, designers, and marketers.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in product management, particularly in fintech, payments, foreign exchange, or banking.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling non-remittance financial products.
• Experience working end-to-end on product launches.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
• Familiarity with cards, wallets, and IBAN-based financial products.
• Strong user research skills.
• Experience in card issuing and understanding of payments infrastructure (preferred).
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Jira, Miro (preferred).
• Basic user research and interviewing skills (preferred).
• Knowledge of business banking, payments, or digital wallet integrations (preferred).
