TransferGo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Spend Team in Warsaw, Poland. The company is dedicated to providing affordable financial services for migrants, and this role is pivotal in shaping how money is spent worldwide. As a Senior Product Manager, the individual will be at the centre of TransferGo’s next phase of growth. They will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, marketers, compliance, and customer support. This role reports to the Product Director.

- Owning TransferGo's non-remittance product offerings.
- Collaborating with the engineering team to deliver products to market.
- Partnering with compliance, customer support, engineering.
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and pain points.
- Being accountable for business value and success.
- Leading a new launch as one of the first major projects.
- Driving the growth of value-added product delivery.
- Working cross-functionally in a team of engineers, designers, and marketers.
- Strong experience in product management, particularly in fintech, payments, foreign exchange, or banking.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling non-remittance financial products.
- Experience working end-to-end on product launches, including strategy, development, and go-to-market execution.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, customer support, and marketing teams.
- Familiarity with cards, wallets, and IBAN-based financial products.
- Strong user research skills.
- Be part of building a meaningful product in a growing fintech scale-up.
