Prolific is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead software product development teams. This role involves full accountability for leading and empowering the team to deliver software to agreed timelines and high standards of quality. The Engineering Manager will collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and the team to define project scope and phasing, taking ownership of project planning and resource allocation. For hands-on managers, the role includes leading technical solution design and implementation, ensuring alignment with the company's technology and product strategy.
The Engineering Manager will drive end-to-end software delivery by adopting effective agile project management practices, managing dependencies, and maintaining clear stakeholder communication. They will also ensure the team develops secure, performant, observable, and well-tested code. This position champions a DevOps culture of ownership, continuous improvement, innovation, and engineering excellence.

- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- A passion for developing others and experience in managing, motivating, coaching and mentoring others.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent technical experience.
