Job Description
Harbinger is seeking a Battery Manufacturing Engineer to develop and optimize battery production processes. This role involves ensuring high quality, efficiency, and safety in a fast-paced environment. The Battery Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for process development, optimization, equipment management, quality assurance, troubleshooting, data analysis, documentation, compliance, collaboration, and training.
What This Role Involves:
- Designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing processes for battery production.
- Continuously improving manufacturing processes to enhance yield and reduce costs.
- Specifying, procuring, and overseeing the installation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
- Collaborating with the quality team to develop and implement quality control measures.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Analyzing production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintaining detailed records of process parameters and equipment specifications.
- Ensuring all manufacturing processes comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D and quality.
- Training and supporting production staff on new processes and equipment operation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in battery manufacturing or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in manufacturing process design and equipment specification.
- Knowledge of lithium-ion battery technology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
